BWCIA has hired a new management company for Bellaire West affairs, Genesis Community Management, Inc. I haven't personally met anyone from Genesis, but have exchanged emails with Rosie Vargas; she was very responsive to my questions and extremely helpful.
Genesis is a Houston-based company and will be the primary source for financial, deed restriction information, etc, for Bellaire West home owners and residents. This site is being updated to remove all references to SCS and replace them with Genesis, however some SCS info may persist.
