COMMUNITY CENTER RENOVATION PLANS - 12/15/2007
We have received plans to renovate the community center from the architect. The next step will be to go out for bids to contractors. We are on our way to beginning the renovation. The renovated building will serve the needs of the community much better than the present building, as well as be much more attractive. Hopefully, we will all be able to enjoy the new center once it is completed. The kitchen will be larger and more functional. It will be an excellent place to host parties, showers, reunions, etc. REMINDER: Rentals should be arranged through Joanne Radford.

GENERAL MEETING - ELECTION OF BOARD MEMBERS TO BE HELD JANUARY 10 - 12/15/2007
The next general meeting is scheduled to be held on Thursday, January 10 at 7:30 PM. There will be four (4) openings for board members to be elected. full details
BELLAIRE WEST NOW BEING PATROLLED BY CONSTABLES - 5/17/2007
The constables will patrol at random times of the day and night on random days. The purpose of this is to not alert the criminals of when they might expect to encounter the patrolmen. full details

Come and celebrate the opening of the Pool for the summer on Saturday, May 26 starting at 1 PM. Free hot dogs, nachos & lemonade will be served. full details
