Enron Associates and Analysts spent one year in each job rotation.
at the end of that year, the Analysts would be responsible for contacting
other business units within Enron to locate their next "gig". This
system automated this career development structure by allowing business
units to "post" open positions, and allow Analysts to apply.
Analysts could also "cold-call" a manager who hasn't offered an open
position, and vice versa.
Analysts are kept abreast of their
status with automated emails that inform them of new open positions
as well as any interview requests they have received.
