To play, line the ball up for a shot using your cue.  You can move the cue with your mouse by "grabbing" it (right-click on the cue itself) and swing your mouse back and forth.  This allows you to adjust the angle and "power" level of the shot.  When you let off of the mouse, the shot will "fire".

For percision shots, I use the right-left, up-down arrow keys to aim and selec the power.  Use the spacebar to fire the shot when using this technique.

Winning the game is simple enough: be the first player to drop all of your balls into the pockets, and then sinke the 8-ball into specific pocket you "call".

You aren't required to "call" a pocket for each ball.  But when its your turn to sink the 8-ball, a red flashing error will appear above the top-center pocket.  This arrow indicates which pocket you predict the 8-ball will fall in.

For those with "skills", I guess "predict" isn't the right word...

To move the arrow to your selected pocket, left-click that pocket with your mouse; the red blinking arrow will shift to your selection.
