When you visit http://games.yahoo.com,
you will have the choice of several dozen games. Click on "Pool". The first
page you come to allows you to either move to a more difficult skill level, or select
a game room currently open in the "Social" gaming area.
Select a game room by clicking on one of the hyperlinks in down the center of your
screen. A new window opens (fig. 1). The currently running tables
in this room are listed on the left. A list of players currently online is on the right.
At the bottom is a general chat-room client, IRC style.
Many of open games only include the name of one player. Click the word "JOIN"
on one of these games to begin your first game.
